Philip’s background in marketing and a multi-layered, diverse career gave him broad and deep insights into the inner workings of corporations, institutions and people. It stimulated his scanner-type mentality, wanting to see and understand the big picture. It triggered a passion for understanding mindsets and what makes change possible.
Philip is deeply interested in sustainable, authentic and genuine growth. As a Performance and Change coach with 400+ hours experience, developing clients, businesses and ideas are his forte.
Philip is a people expert. Being a self-development veteran and deeply emphatic, he has helped presidents of NGOs, entrepreneurs as well as diplomats, artists and managers. His belief is that people inherently possess the key to unlocking their own excellence.
A deep understanding and celebration of different cultures comes from vast experiences living abroad and being exposed to a wide spectrum of beliefs and values.
His strengths are his emotional intelligence and an intent to fully understand and connect with his clients. Philip’s desire to push and support his clients is deeply rooted in a passion for service.
